Citrine is a variety of quartz, the colour being in the range from yellow to golden brown to burnt amber.
 
It is one of the two minerals on the planet whcih does not hold and accumulate negative energy, but dissipates and transmutes it, working-out problems on both the physical and subtle levels. It, hence, never needs clearing or cleansing.
